Not bad considering i now have a head cold. Same workout as last week.. Mile warmup @10:42, 4 x0.30 mile intervals @8:20 separated by 0.20 mile intervals @10:42. Switched machines at 3 miles and again after 2.5 because the #$%#% thing went to cool-down on its own.
