7.5 hours sleep, V8 and banana breakfast. Started out very stiff, a bit painful even. Felt fine after two miles. Decided to push it a bit the last two miles, but that may have been a mistake. Felt a bit of pain from the IT band in the last mile, and then near the very end problem felt some pain in the upper front thigh/groin. Could feel it during lunges afterwards too, but it eventually went away.
