8 hours sleep, V8 and banana breakfast. Finally a decent run! patches of crunchy snow in parts of the trail, some a few dozen yards long, but clear enough for long enough to do some decent running. Felt tight and heavy to start, but not too bad. Last two miles were great. Last mile I felt like I was making a 9:50-10:00 effort - very nice to finally see something closer to 9 again without feeling like I was pushing it hard.
