7.5 hours sleep, V8 banana cottage cheese maple syrup breakfast. Felt solid but not great starting out. Didn't eat again, figured 13 didn't matter trying again. Not difficult keeping pace the whole way, but the last two miles were pretty hard. Can't imagine running 21 next week, let alone 26 in four weeks.
