9 hours sleep. V8, banana, yogurt with maple syrup breakfast. Perfect late morning for a run. Felt very strong and comfortable pretty much the whole way - a bit sluggish in mile 10-11, but that was mostly up hill. Did one bottle water, one bottle ultima, drinking every 3 miles, with 3 shot blocks at 6 (cherry w/caffeine).
