8 hours sleep, V8 and banana breakfast. Good start, a tad fast on the tempo and cool-down segments. Bet felt incredibly comfortable the whole way. Right hamstring had some mild twitches around mile 4, but nothing significant. Pretty sure it's due to not stretching after the weekend and Tuesday runs.
