8 hours sleep, V8 banana yogurt grapenuts brown sugar coffee breakfast. Late night of poker, had a few beers, but not too many and alternated with soda. Plus I won :) Felt none the worse for wear getting up at 9:00. Unfortunately it's a bit warm and ran into the noon sun. Felt pretty good most of the way, but ran out of energy at 10, and ended up walking the last mile. So, not great, but I did it.
