7 hours sleep, V8, banana and a bit of yogurt breakfast. Wow - best tempo run ever. Felt comfortable the whole way. Could have definitely done a whole half at this pace. I'm sure lots of things added up to make this a good run, but weather was definitely huge - cool crisp fall weather with sunny skies makes it all much easier.
