8 hours sleep, V8, banana, yogurt, NRG bar breakfast. Hot day forecasted, but started the run at 6:45 just after sunrise in a cool 48 degrees, was somewhere in the low 60s at the end. Clear skies, no wind, so overall perfect conditions. Started out nice and easy. Felt completely comfortable through mile 10. Could feel it in the muscles from there out, but never too bad and never lost any energy. Overall, a perfect long run! Let see if I can keep it up through the week!
