Community running. 1.8 mile warm up outside, 4 x 1800 at (5k, 10k, 1/2 mar), 5 lap cool down inside. Forgot the Garmin so I picked up a cheap timex ironman. Pretty much did 58,62,67 fairly reliably. Should have been 61, 64, 67.
