This was supposed to be a classic interval workout. 600 @5K pace + 200 shuffle X 6 X 2. Made it two sets (1 mile total) when the groin muscle bit hard. Coach Brian had me do two miles or so @ marathon pace. Felt pretty good, and definitely not worth pushing things and turning a small pain into a real injury at this point.
