8 hours sleep, V8, banana, NRG bar, yogurt breakfast. A bit stiff through the first 3-4 miles, but became fairly comfortable after that. Could definitely feel the effect of two days off both good (groin muscle pain completely gone) and bad (pretty stiff). Soreness kicked in around mile 10, and the Comm. Ave. hills in Brighton were killer. But I did manage to power my way through the heartbreak hills, and that's something big as far as I'm concerned. The last two miles were very painful. Don't really know how in the world I'm going to add 5 more on top. But the fact that this was much much hillier, especially from mile 12 to mile 15 than NY will be. The best part, is it's now time to start the taper!
