7 hours sleep, V8 bagel with cream cheese breakfast. 2 cups coffee. Mid-day run. Kind of hot, felt very heavy. Felt like I was running in slow motion when pushing it - just couldn't get any speed. Forgot what summer running was like. Two cookouts in a row probably didn't help either.
