8 hours sleep, V8 and banana breakfast. Started out tight - new shoes a bit of discomfort in the heel. Nice and comfortable by mile 2. Felt great pushing it the last two miles, endorphins definitely kicking in in the last mile. That sunrise thing is nice too :). Finally a run that was enjoyable!
