Notes
7.5 hours sleep, V8 banana breakfast, small coffee. Wow. Wow. Wow. 180 degrees difference from last run. To avoid the sleepiness/lethargy/marshmallow legs I got a small coffee from McDonald's on the way in ($1.91 for a small coffee WTF?!). Not sure if that deserves 100% of the credit - the perfect weather definitely played a part too - but this was one awesome run. First tempo mile felt almost effortless, the rest were hard - but good hard, not painful hard. Got an endorphin rush halfway through the last tempo mile. Maybe I'm a Bi-Polar runner? Is there such a thing?
