9 hours sleep, V8, banana and yogurt breakfast. Water every 3 miles, with Ultima at 3 and 12, and cherry shot blocks at 6. Fantastic run with the liver team from their new location (wow, what a high class gym!). Actually went way too fast (10:09 goal), but felt great throughout. Began to flag in the last mile or so - could have used shot blocks at 5 and 10, but was able to push through.
