8 hours sleep, V8, banana, yogurt and NRG bar breakfast. Meh. Could have used a bit more sleep, and definitely shouldn't have run yesterday. Never could work out the aches. Made it through 14 OK, but had to walk parts from there. Pretty much just walked 16, but pushed through and ran the last mile.
