9 hours sleep, V8 and banana breakfast. Hard run - no energy. Can't do more than one beer anymore the night before. Even one may be too much :(. Almost gave up after 3 miles, but thought "it's not pain, so you can't quit" and kept going. Last mile was particularly hard.
