8 hours sleep, V8, banana and a bit of yogurt for breakfast. MIT had a soccer game at the track last night, so I skipped track practice to do something solo this morning. Did kind of a mix between an interval and tempo workout, alternating from easy to full out every mile. Felt good the whole way. The fast was hard but strong. I'm ready!
