8 hours sleep, V8 and banana breakfast. 2 x 2400 1/2 Mar/10K/5K. Excellent workout. Almost makes up for Sunday's long run debacle. Only complaint is that I forgot to press the lap button after the last segment.
Missed track last night because of the rain, so I did Brian's planned workout on my own. 1.5 mile warmup, 2400 meters twice with each lap at 1/2 marathon, 10k and 5k pace pattern. Wasn't on the track, so I changed pace every quarter mile. Goal was 2:20, 2:16 and 2:08. Looks like I pretty much did it, probably would have been closer on the track (had to keep looking down at the watch to make sure I didn't miss pressing the button at the 1/4 mile mark).
