8 hours sleep, V8 and banana breakfast. Felt a bit heavy to start, then searing hamstring pain just after 2 miles. Stretched/massaged it a bit, cut 6 mile goal to 5, and walked it out for mile 3. Was able to run again for the last two, but it was pretty sore/crampy. Now I need to figure out what to do about it.
