8 hours sleep, V8 and banana breakfast. Excellent first run for the week. 9:30 feels like the new standard for an easy run. Look at the heart rates - under 160 for 9:00 miles. There's definitely seems to be a direct correlation between pace and weight. Right hamstring started to cramp a bit after 5, though.
