7.5 hours sleep. V8, banana, NRG bar and yogurt breakfast. Again, focused on taking it easy at the start and it paid off. I think adding the yogurt to the breakfast helps too. Felt very comfortable through mile 9. Last three miles the muscles were sore, but I had no problem keeping it going. Another 10 miles would have been tough - but I'm not supposed to the there yet :)
