Tried Carboom apple-cinnamon gel. Not bad, but leaves a funny aftertaste for about a mile.
Kind of queasy after the run. Not sure if it was the gel or I'm just out of shape!
Ran the Waldorf 6 mile (continued back to New Forest and Smallwood for 6.3), Waldorf 10K (continued back to NF and Smallwood for 6.96) and Waldorf 5K (3.15).
6.3+6.96+3.15 = 16.41
