Tad short - 6.14, so not PRable and wouldn't have had it anyway. Puked up a bit @ mile 3.5. Wanted to quit at mile 4.
Dusted that kid who beat me in a 5K a few weeks ago - and he only ran the 5K today. So there's that.
Hot and humid. Side stitch in wup run, but gone by start.
