For a last-minute thing, this turned out pretty well.
Out a bit too fast and did slow @ mile 7, but a very runnable course. Fell twice on flats, of course. Tripped a few times and caught myself, but once flung my water bottle.
Felt good. WAY better than Conestoga. Had no idea what the course would be, so no idea what to go for. Sub 5? 4:30ish? Well, I got it.
Swag: Chair, hat, (yet another) powder blue "tech" shirt.
Ankle that's been sore post past few runs is no more sore.
Tim, Justin Gary, Art, Paul, Sunday Amanda, and Peter's daughter & girlfriend ran. Peter & Kara were out on course. Deb also out.
So: pleased.
