Labor Pains. 50 wasn't in the cards. Don't feel awfully beat up. Bit of right ankle twisting, but not too bad.
Tim and Mandy were up. Nice event. Saw Jim Smucker.
Longest run since Oct. 2010.
38.72 is what Garmin had, but this was billed as an accurate course, so, I'm logging 40. For now.
