Notes
Bumped up a couple places once they cleared out the errant half-marathon glitches.
Time/distance is their recorded stuff.
18.88 // 2:07:26.64 is what Garmin had. Of course, someone had to yell, to us 30Kers to start, so there's your few seconds.
1st 40-44 and 13th overall in 30K.
Last year official: 8th overall; chip 2:05:11 (6:43); clock 2:08:54 (6:56)
Clearly, something off there. I went w/ clock last year. No way was that chip was right.
So, 1:25 faster. Not bad. Crazy how many more people - and faster - were out. Not as thrilled with this as the 50K, dunno why. Left leg didn't bother me so much. Right leg was heading toward tightness/cramp.
Did start out WAY too fast, but really, the splits are pretty consistent. Pleased with that. Big hill @ mile 1+.
Happy for Dlove and Jon. They'll easily have the marathon in hand.
Volunteered about 1:30-45 to start.
I may write more later. People liked the Ireland shorts.
