Wow, an unbelievably great race. Started feeling pretty good and just kept going, and gradually picked it up towards the end without even really thinking about it.
Unusually a couple of people went past me mid-race; I just stuck to the pace I was running - maybe I should have been more aggressive and chased them down but all in all I think this was a well judged race.
Cold, windless weather and a flat course helped too.
