Ran in a warm and sweaty hotel gym in Manchester. Wasn't as horrendous as I feared.

10 miles progression as usual, then 2.5 miles @ 13.4, 1 mile @ 14.0, 1 mile @ 14.5, 1 mile @ 15km/h.
