Ignore the detail of the GPS splits, but this run did get faster as it went on.
First two miles in 12:22, half way at 15:25, which means the last half was in 14:50 - i.e. sub 6 pace, which is good for a tempo run. Tiring run, but not shattering - perfectly fine to immediately jog a couple of laps and then run home again.
