Hard work. Started at 14.6 km/h (6:37/mile) and worked down to 14.8 km/h (6:31/mile). Was intending to keep on upping the pace over the last couple of miles but it seemed fast enough!
Breathing felt absolutely fine - quite easy really - but legs felt beaten up and right knee and lower back were a little sore. Glad when this was over. Walked in the cool air of the garden after warming down, which felt really nice.
