Notes

Plan: Run at long-run effort.

I ran harder (slightly higher heart rate than last year!). I'm surprised by how good my body felt & how well it held up with how "little" mileage I've been running. I got a wind of good attitude around mile 10-11 on one of the flat sections where I was able to run a good groove.
