Notes

Splits matched terrain pretty well (& others, too). It felt like the right speed the whole time. At mile 3, I started "racing" it, which was good. Plan (not knowing terrain) was 6:15 for first half and then see how I felt. This felt like a good pace for the Get in Gear 10K next month.
