Adjusted distance to the USATF certified distance. Probably the GPS cut corners.
Plan: Run at 7:00 - 7:30 effort.
I got a wind of good attitude around mile 6 and that was great. I gave back about 1:30 in the last 2 miles or so. But, my average heart rate was also highest for those miles. So, either they were harder than I expected, or I ran out of gas.
