Ran with Roger (McGowan), hence, the slower pace until mile 4.
R. calf began to ache at about 3.5 miles, so I cut it short (to about 5). I hadn't iced or heatpacked it at all today. So, I iced it this evening & will return to using the heating pad tomorrow. My plan is to ice it after a workout and use the heating pad at other times. I'm also massaging it whenever I think to - to try and work out any knots.
