nice easy day. I spent all morning rolling out my foot with a tennis ball, icing it, and taking aleve.. and then I ran and it was completely pain free. Cool. Hopefully it stays this way. I'll keep working on it this week. I felt pretty tired and flat today after yesterday's quicker long run, but it wasn't unbearable. A solid high mileage week. I would have been in the low 70's with a normal long run distance, so I'm happy. Unfortunately, I'm not sure I will be racing next weekend. The family just sprung the travel plans on me today which I was completely unaware of. Maybe I will, who knows. I need to stop rambling.
