A little long for an easy day, but I felt good and it was nice out. I'm starting to really increase mileage so it certainly doesn't hurt to get used to. Easy day again tomorrow, with maybe 5-6 x 400 in the morning at around 70-72 to get tuned up for the mile on Saturday.
