First time attempting the Yasso 800's workout. It was tougher than I expected, but not terrible. According to the theory, I am right in line with 2:48 shape as of today. The first 4 were right around 2:47, then the 5th and 6th were tougher as I had some stomach cramps creep up. I hit right around 2:51 for those two, but then after a short bathroom pit stop I finished up the last two in 2:43 and 2:48. Good deal. 9 next time!
My lower calves are still giving me a headache from the race Saturday. They are really tight and achey, and its spreading to my ankles a bit now. Will definitely need to set aside extra time for stretching and massages this week.
