got in a good long run on Meb's training grounds. My left knee was slightly sore from the trails, but not too bad. I felt good on this one, but not good enough to do a marathon simulation run. I started at mile 9, but stopped after just that first 1.2 miles or so because I knew i wouldn't be able to handle the heat. With the breeze, all was good, but when going with it, I started to overheat quickly.
