cooler and a bit humid today. I was pretty tired this morning, so I'm putting the long run off til tomorrow. I was really achey today too, which is strange. Mostly hamstrings, and the front of my right ankle and right achilles a bit. Nothing substantial, just worth noting. big day tomorrow!
