really rough hot and humid tempo. I'm glad I at least got 8 at 6:17 pace, but I really wanted 10. No worries though, next time. I felt like I could have held my pace on Sunday's 10k for much longer, so I set out today to test how much longer. Now I think I know that under the same conditions, I could take it 12-15 miles. Cool beans.
