very rarely do I give a workout a 10/10 on quality... but this one absolutely takes it. Run portion of the brick workout, about ~11 minutes after finishing up just shy of 40 miles at a good clip on a hilly route. At first I felt a bit rough, but quickly was hitting 6:50's. Started to push toward the end too, and ended the last mile sub-6.
Pretty kickass workout all around. Now just have to build the brick run up to about 9-10 and I will be set.
