first marathon simulation long run, 1:33:36 total time. really satisfied with today. i felt smooth and totally aerobically in control. split the half marathon mark at around 1:27. my legs deadened up around 12, so I have some work to do to feel fresher longer, but that will come with time and longer long runs. another plus is that i kept the effort under tempo pace, and i never redlined. great day!
