wow! I felt a little rough starting out, but felt absolutely amazing after about 6-7. My last 4 miles I closed in under 7:00, the last two miles being a 12:50. Such an awesome long run day, could not have asked for more. Never bonked or hit the wall and hydrated well during with no upset stomach or cramps. Just cruised the whole way. Now time to recover for the Arts Fest 10k!
