glad i got out to do this workout. first ladder of the summer, 800, 1200, mile, 1200, 800 with 2 minute jog rest (2:47, 4:13, 5:44, 4:15, 2:35). i tried to hold 5:30-5:35 pace as easily as possible, so i was pretty happy with today. I just wish the mile was a little faster. for how hot and humid it was though it was a great workout.
