yikes, the humidity made me absolutely crumble in this race. I just couldn't handle it. not the worst race I've ever had, but far from the 1:18 I ran here two years ago. Oh well, every run can't be a high, gotta take the lows in stride. Made it a glorified long tempo instead of an all out race.
