pretty windy, but sunny. i have a touch of a cold coming on, so i didn't go too hard today. i didn't wear the recovery tights yesterday, and i noticed that my legs were definitely flatter today than they have been all week. then again, that could be partially from the cold. who knows. 10k in 7 days
