not my best long run, but certainly not my worst. I bonked pretty hard around 12.5, so the last 20 minutes or so was rough. it was probably a combination of the heat, loss of water, and the high mileage week. glad i got it in though, going to hold 16-17 for my long run until I feel more comfortable at the distance. no long run or marathon simulation next week because of the 5 miler next saturday.
