wow i was really tired today. i think it was a combination of the workout last night, staying up too late, and not sleeping and eating well. Oh well, I still got it in today while I easily could have laid around and watched TV instead, so that's good. Hopefully it will also help un-knot my legs a bit for tomorrow's long run. Its looking like it will be my first week back over 60 mpw since September! Nice.
